Custom Orders
If you would like us to create a Custom Design, please read the following carefully before continuing on to the form below. Set-up and Design fees will vary depending on whether you are altering one of our shelves or wanting a completely new design. There will be a minimum fee of $15.00 for each Custom Design that is created by altering one of our existing designs, and a mimimum fee of $30.00 for each new Custom Design. Additional fees may apply. This is a non-refundable Design fee. The cost of materials and building your Custom Design, plus shipping charges will be determined later. When placing your order for a Custom Design, please make sure your meassurements are accurate. We will look over the form with your dimensions and offer suggestions or let you know if we will be able to create your Design. If we are unable to create your design, your funds will be refunded promptly. Once we have created your design, we can no longer offer a refund. Any alterations to your design once it has been created, could result in additional fees. We reserve the right to reproduce and manufacture for sale any Design we create. We reserve the right to decline any project or Design, in which case any funds will be refunded in full. Check out my Display Racks page. If you would like to use one of my Display Racks to alter, place the item number in the field below. Enter the number of tiers you would like to have in your Custom Design, then enter your dimensions in the appropriate field in the form below.
